Mr. Fiddes is the senior Family Law lawyer in the Okanagan Valley. He has experience in all levels of court in the province of British Columbia. That experience results in him having a keen awareness in peoples interests following separation. Ken has been recognized as a leading practitioner in the area of Family Law by the national lawyer rating publication L'Expert.
After 37 years practising family law Ken is now drawing on his experience to provide mediation services to the family law profession in the Okanagan Valley. Mr. Fiddes believes that conflict in marriage breakdown is inevitable but that combat is optional. For those who wish to put their energies toward settlement as opposed to combat, Mr. Fiddes' goal is to help them obtain solutions that are both fair and correct at law.
