RDP proram exemptions

We're happy to report that despite the OSMV's prior policy that "all" people convicted of an IRP offence must do the Responsible Driver's Program (RDP) Counselling course, we have had some success lately in appealing those decisions for a second review.  The course itself costs approximately $1000 after taxes and can only be completed at certain times of the year.  As such, it has proven to be a significant obstacle and problem for many of our clients whose jobs have been affected by the inability to participate in the course.  Consequently, we have applied for some exemptions for a few of our clients and when the circumstances justified it, they have been granted. 

If you've received notice from the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles that you are required to participate in either the RDP or IIP programs and you need help disputing that, then give us a call.  Depending on your driving history, we may be able to help.
