IRP - ASD calibration issues

Another IRP quashed due to the fact that the police officer involved failed to establish that the ASD device he used was properly calibrated.  Mr. Armour argued that as a result of this, the defendant didn't truly get his right to provide a "second sample" because it could not be reasonably said the second sample was reliable.  The Adjudicator agreed.
