Jury acquits: Sexual Assault against a minor

After a week of trial and a full night of deliberations, a jury in Kamloops, BC came back with a verdict of "Not Guilty" to a charge of sexual assault against a person under the age of 14.  The charge was alleged to have occurred over a decade ago, but there were glaring inconsistencies in the complainant's testimony.  Mr. Tessmer's client has maintained his innocence since day 1; he left the Courtroom with his innoncence in tact.
