Another IRP overturned

Earlier this month, a client came in to see Mr. Armour after having met with two other lawyers to discuss fighting an IRP he received.  He'd been told by both other lawyers that he had "no chance" of winning as the officer's report made it plain that he was quite drunk on the night in question.  Nevertheless, he wanted to take a shot at the review and Mr. Armour thought he may have had a shot.

He did.  The review was succesful and the IRP was quashed.  No penalties for this client; no Interlock, no Responsible Driver's Program, no impoundment fees, and no fines.
