"Do I have to put the blower in my car?"
"Do I have to put the blower in my car?"
It is a common question we get asked after our clients are charged with IRPs or ADPs and usually the answer is 'yes'. However, lately Mr. Armour has been able to convince the Superintendent's office to reconsider its earlier policy in relation to these penalties and in fact four of his clients in the last two months have been successfully exempted from having to put the Ignition Interlock (blower) in their cars.
If you have a history of 24-hour suspensions or similar infractions on your driving record then you probably don't have a shot, but if you feel like your driving record is clean aside from the single IRP you got and so you feel like you shouldn't have to participate in the Interlock program, then there may be something we can do.
